Our goal is to design client-driven and site-based homes with depth and authenticity, creating spaces that inspire, comfort, and elevate.
Pre-Design
Site Analysis | Programming | Site Response
The best place to start design is by understanding your goals. In this phase, we work to understand your lifestyle, your visions, and your site. We explore how you live and what your goals are for your home. We also study the site’s natural features, view corridors, and sunpaths to begin to understand where your home will settle.
Concept Design
Schematic Design
We begin by laying shapes out over the site to understand how rooms react to views and each other. This is a collaborative process that works towards the main layout of your home on the site.
Design Refinement
Design Iterations | 3D Modeling | Bid Set
These broad strokes become refined into clearer ideas. We focus on developing the floor plan and exterior character and massing. At the end of this phase, we will have a strong idea of where the project is headed. We create a bid set to receive preliminary pricing.
Construction Documents
Details | Coordination
Once pricing has been approved, we move on to the details. During this phase, we engage a structural engineer and coordinate with their drawings to ensure we are on the same
page. At the end of this phase, you will recieve a final construction set
with engineering included.
